Association (CMCA) is the first-level national juridical association. It was funded in September 2000, approved by State Council. The steering group consists of Ni Jianzhong as Corporate Representative, Liu Ji as President, Ni Jianzhong as Secretary General and other 14 executive vice presidents and 2 deputy secretary generals. The appointed date for CMCA is 5 years and this year is the 2nd year. Now it has 281 corporate members and 116 individual members without any branch. It is guided directly by th Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
